In order to meet the increasing demand for this special product, Nongmon Engineering Corp.,Ltd. setup its first subsidiary in 1983 known as N.E.C.Precast Concrete Corp.,Ltd. This company specialized in the manufacturing and distributing of precast concrete products such as : concrete blocks, concrete paving stones, concrete floor slabs, and concrete pipes. The products were distributed to both private and government sectors including large projects such as the railway between Chachoengsao and Sattahip Port being a part of Eastern Seaboard Project. At present, the company has acquired Thai Industrial Standards on the following products : concrete piles, concrete beams, concrete electric poles, concrete pipes and concrete slabs.

As construction expanded further along the Eastern Seaboard, a second subsidiary was set up in South Pattaya in 1987 under the name of N.E.C. Pattaya. The purpose was to support the growth and expandsion of Pattaya City. The Batching Plant was imported in order to provide ready mixed concrete for construction of infrastructures and buildings.
